Neighbourhood-Watch.org is a community website for East of Peterborough. Parnwell Neighbourhood Watch is a community who care. It is a scheme working in partnership between Whitacre, Parnwell and the Police. It is a partnership to prevent or reduce the opportunities for crime and increase the likelihood of catching criminals.
