Upon receipt of a valid order you will receive an email confirmation with an order number and details of the items that you have ordered. At XtraByte.biz we aim to despatch your goods within three working days, and you will receive an email confirming the order has been dispatched. Orders received over the weekend (after midday on Friday) will be dispatched within the next 3 working days.
As with Standard Delivery, this service does not normally require a signature on delivery. If you are not in when the delivery arrives your parcel may be left in a safe location. If there is no appropriate location to leave the parcel, the driver will leave a card or attempt to redeliver on a subsequent day. If you haven't received your order in 7 working days of dispatch, and haven't received a card advising of attempted delivery we would suggest you contact your local sorting office to see if they are holding your parcel for you to collect. Even though these are the standard delivery times royal mail do not guarantee them and sometimes they can be prolonged for different reasons eg, bank holidays, christmas, strikes, sent in wrong direction..., so please take this into account when waiting for a delivery, as a backlog as a result isn't unusual.
If you would like to pick up your order from the store please select 'Pickup From Store' in delivery method during checkout. There is no delivery charge for store pickup.
Payment methods accepted are paypal, cheque & postal orders. Please allow 6 working days for cheques to clear. We will send out your items as soon as your cheques is cleared.
